Well James is an accountant so I would be worried about that if it was him. Yasmina runs a business; so she should know the difference. Debra, working in sales, would surely know the difference :s Therefore, I would have to go with Kate or Lorraine.

I too, also think that most of what you have said here is pretty generic and vague. If you really want to get people off your back, just answer.
Thanks.”

Jazz, what you have said makes sense.

And you have a history and unlike some who have just popped up to to rubbish long standing posters.

I'd urge you not to say any more. They did ask you nicely after all.

It's not long to wait now.

Seems unlikely to be a question since they ask that in the auditions:

Why would someone in sales have to know that?

As per usual, in terms of who was good and bad, one of the worst IMO was actually James although one interviewer seemed to like him.

Lorraine was bad at handling herself but overall ended up impressing them (didnt seem to fit together so just shows how the show is edited - they obviously showed the worst parts of her interviews!)

Kate was very good but the same question was raised by more than one interviewer in front of SA - her thirst for the job, or rather her lack of it

Yasmina and Debra were very direct and handled most questions well but opinions were split on Debra

I would say Kate and Yasmina were the best at the interviews. Although Kate was slightly robotic and Debra had more passion”

My first question was not clear: I was not asking about the panel in the you're fired show but about the interviewers.

Anyway, thanks very much for answering my questions. I am really looking forward to this episode now.

Maybe it is just me. When I speak to sales consultants; their stats were always based on turnover and gross profit. A lot of my friends work in sales and know the difference. But you are right; they may not be typical. But 100% James and Yasmina should know the difference. There is no way someone should be employed as running a business or in accountancy if they don't know the difference. Saying that; Kate did business management at university, so should have covered accountancy in part. To be honest, they all should know the difference imo

It could simply be someone gets flustered. Which for the biggest wtf and amusing moment would come from James, being an accountant!

Hmm..I'm still not conviced about the spoilers. If I'm wrong I'd be more than happy to apologise tomorrow but those answers could fit anything really. We know Debra and James don't make the final 2 , it's between the other 3 that we're split and the spoilers seems to suggest that 2 out of those Kate,Yasmina and Lorraine make it through, so we;re not finding out anything new.

It's one of those things that you just assume everyone knows until you suddenly discover it's almost specialised knowledge.

It probably depends on the type of selling you do. If you have the power to discount the price then gross profit would be important whereas if you are selling at fixed prices it's just turnover.

Ha, ha.

What's your point tern?

Guess you didn't like the fact that I rubbished you earlier when you said I was rude and I wasn't.

Or perhaps it's because I've seen the show too?

Exactly!

I'm not saying they're lying. I'm just saying they need to make complete statements to be taken seriously. Then we can see for ourselves tomorrow.

If Jazz has seen it, I don't see what the problem is

Just that if someone takes the trouble to post, some of us appeciate it and have little time for ultra low post count newbies getting uppity.

ROFLMAO.

Your so called 'rubbishing' only went to show that you don't even know what good manners are let alone have an ability to use them.

It wasn't worth replying as anyone who does understand good manners would get the picture for themselves.

It's a matter of behaving honourably, isn't it?

People are asked not to divulge a lot of information that they have seen early and Jazz has the decency to abide by that very reasonable request.

It's just a shame that certain other people do not seem to think honourable behaviour is of any importance.

According to my knowledge , mediamonkeynut has already seen the episode so rather than begging for spoilers I'm guessing all they're doing is trying to see whether the person is in fact telling the truth by seeing if their comments back up what they themselves have seen in the episode.

As I said , I'm still not convinced with those spoilers as they don't give anything away that we don't already know or can't guess.

Ah the voice of reason on this thread.

As I said earlier, Jazz hasn't posted anything that hasn't already been suggested. I'm just after detail. I'm not even asking for who gets fired - because of course that would be dishonorable!

If it bothers tern so much, jazz can PM me so their honour remains intact. As I have seen the show, I will be able to tell if they are telling the truth of not. And then solve the whole mess of this thread.

Oh, and tern, I have seen the way you speak to people, saying if they can't understand they must be stupider than a six year old. I don't think you can judge me on how polite I am.

So someone pops up with a few posts and claims to have seen the programme and that's gospel but a poster with some history who claims the same is accused of lying. (No matter how you dress it it up that's the effect.)

LOL, I'm never convinced by any spoilers. You'd end up believing two or more contradictory things at once.

If I thought the spoiler thread contained accurate information (or at least that it was possible to work out which pieces of information are accurate), then I wouldn't read it.

I think you have a vastly overdeveloped sense of your own importance.

Why should Jazz bother to PM you?

If he's correct it will soon become obvious.

He hardly needs to get the approval of someone who joined the site in the last few days and has not yet earned any real credibility.

Well, if I explain something to a six year old and they understand it and I explain it to someone else and they don't then it's a matter of simple fact.

And you seem to labour under a common misaprehension that you need to be good at something to be able to notice how good other people are. You don't.

I think your points back up the since released articles and noone disputing the people quoted as fired. I just wondered - do they talk about anything else with Kate other than questioning lack of passion for the job etc.... Dailymail suggests Nick brings up Phil which I always thought would have been a hurdle to overcome after past show history.

Well your avoidance of answering any direct questions that would actually PROVE you've seen the show speaks volumes.

Shame, as I was hoping you were telling the truth.

Oh tern, give it a rest! Not one day goes by without you starting an argument on a thread. You seem to revel in it.

I couldn't care less if Jazz doesn't bother to post anything. But it doesn't prove anything. What they've said has been said already on this forum and many others, so it hardly says anything.

Why dont you take his/her word for it? Why do you need to know if they're telling the truth? Does it really matter?

I dont feel the need to spoil it. Because I know when I am in need of spoilers, and find out, it always ruins the experience and the tension of the programme's climax.

I now know how suzie chan felt when she stated her first spoiler - that Raef was fired - and many did not believe her. I think she actually ended up getting death threats.

I couldnt care less if you dont believe me. Alos, if you look back, I have answered direct questions about unseen areas in tonight's episode. I am not lying and I do not need to justify myself to you or any other doubters anymore

Take of it what you will. But i know in my heart of hearts that everything I have said on this thread is true as I went to the studio on Monday night. Why on earth you would think that I set up this thread as a bare faced lie is beyond me.
