Are any of them actually any good?

As im sure its been said plenty of times before - but these people are meant to be the best business prospects in the country

and yet... what have they actually done that most other people couldnt do?

Also, when push came to shove the hardest task (selling stuff) i.e. where money is actually made... they all did rubbish

You all remember Kates 'a firm favourite' when talking about the sandwhich thing hardly anyone has ever heard of

and this is meant to be a supreme buisnss talent?

And the stuff theyve been good on such as presentations, going on tv etc.. in my opinion any reasonably confident person could do that and do it well.

Its funny, a part of me actually wants to apply for it next year as i know i could do a better job than a lot of them! But.. they have a lot of stuff on their CV which is why they get picked to go on the show... i dont have anything compared lol

In order to get through the audition you would have to hide any business sense you have and display high levels of self-delusion.

I think in order to win you'd have to show a lot of both........or at least show that you can show that you can.

We don't know because we have rarely seen Kate or Debra lead anything or do something critical and Yasmina got little coverage when she did lead more often. Its a problem with the show having too many people - the longer lasting hopeless ones of whom get a couple of chances to lead before they go. Its then compounded by keeping 5 for the interviews which means we havn't had a couple of weeks where the top 4 contenders are pitched against each other in the same tasks.

It means we don't really see what we need to and what happens on what we see becomes even less important than what SAS sees in the 6 months between taking the last two on and deciding.

My inclination is to say no - but then many have gone on to do quite well for themselves: yet another indication that the programme is edited for ratings not reality.

Yasmeena seems pretty good.

Personally from what ive seen of them

Kate - Good, wont be surprised if she wins even though she can turn on people but who doesnt in that room?

James - Personality is stronger than actual ability for me. I think better people have been fired than him. Decent candidate i suppose.

Lorraine - I think second best after Kate no matter how annoying she is...she seems stong and hard to break down.

Yazmeena - Never really liked her after what she did to Paula but i guess she is a good leader, could also win it.

Debra - Cant stand her sorry, think she may be good but her personality is so off-putting, thinking she is better than she is and always seems to be in the boardroom which shows she isnt a team player.

I think Lorraine is the strongest. She's the only convincing candidate, but I can't see Sir Alan hiring her.

I think the program on now shows that they're all pretty impressive business people
