The problem of the show is how on earth Yasmina got to be PM 3 times and Kate only once. Another good win would have made the situation clear as would a fail as PM. Because SAS had made other people PM her only chance to even get to 2 was last week and she was up against Howard who also lacked PM appearances.

How many goes did Debra get? She should have been PM last week too if we were going to see if she could now do it well - a case for SAS picking PMs last week or not picking in earlier weeks. .

I cant stand Debra....if sir alan hires her, then ill lose respect as i cant see how anybody would want to work with her no matter how much she sells. Personality is important for morale....

Hi guys, watching the 8pm show and it's interesting, but it won't stop me disliking Yashmina, nor Kate who's sly and would put herself before others when push came to shove...nice to see the Contestants in their home setting though.

Lorraine's got the sad story, but she's coming over very good. Oh didn't know she was brought up in Ireland, did you lot?

interesting so far they have revealed how smart Kate is, filled in a bit of the driven background thats not obvious , shown what she does very well and gone through the record. Her record has one big up and a big down and is a bit thin because she hasn't been PM enough. Yasmina has been shown to have the best record as PM , making her big mistake, being ruthless when needed and more difficult to get along with - but she looks very good. Margaret sees both of them fitting in. If the job is some new business to establish Yasmina wins on whats been said.

It would be very odd to get rid of either on what they have just shown - but also very odd to show both of the finalists first.

Lorraine - they are really going for the sympathy angle here. her actual business attributes aren't getting the praise of Kate and Yasmina. I really wish they would focus on her business points.
