Why do people like Debra so much? What has she ever done that was that good?
We have seen her doing terrible in tasks and flat out lying in the boardroom = nothing compared to Yasmeena who has had a lot of success.

What hype? Do you mean the same hype that Kate is so perfect and Debra is so vile? That hype? I think that's exactly what it is....hype.
I can see faults in all of them, but Debra had more negatives given against her by the interviewers. Kate on the otherhand came across as too controlled. But that's hardly a negative IMHO.
I'd be fine with any combination of the three, but after all that sexist shit on Kate's CV I would have rather Yasmina vs Debra.

I always thought Sir Alan preferred raw talent over the finished package though - certainly judging by his past two winners. So the decision not to choose Debra surprised me.
He missed the point of the 6 months working for him. He could have tried out Debra and still had a safe option Kate.

We don't know as he kept on making the wrong people PM and didn't test her enough . If she had won three tasks there would be no doubt at all. Yasmina won three but we didn't actually see her doing much in those wins either.

Siralan selected the PMs twice, which I think is the least he's ever interfered in that process ever. She could have stood up any number of other times. She didn't.
Bizarely I haven't liked Debra much at all until tonight. The Final 5 programme really humanised her for me and by the end of the main show tonight I was really rooting for her. I cannot believe she is only 23, she looks and acts so much older.... as Nick said it's seriously impressive.
I've been a fan of Yasmina all along and while I don't mind Kate, I think Debra would have been more of an interesting choice for SA and more of a risk ... and he has gone on all this series about taking a risk!!
So for me a Yasmina V Debra final would have been fab, but now I'll be rooting for Yasmina ...
Why couldn't they have had all three in the final? Have they had a final with 3 or more contestants before? I know logistically it might have been a nightmare with filming and working out the teams etc .. but actually I think all three women deserved a place in the final ... would have been a great show to watch ...

I think Debra overall was great and deserved to be in the top 3 or 4. But IMO Kate and Yasmina are the right final 2.
Debra vs Yasmina might have been interesting because there's always been a bit of a professional rivalry there, we saw it in the boardroom a few times, and last week when they both wanted to be PM. But I still think both Kate and Yasmina deserve to be there and I've said that for weeks.

Yasmina at the very least demonstrated her capability as PM, particularly as she won 3 tasks. Kate, on the other hand, won one task.... big deal...

I agree that was not great stuff. I think Kate over compensates for her image as an attractive girly, by highlighting at every turn she is not like the sterotypical blonde. I think she would be better off just not mentioning it, it just puts the whole thing in people's heads, and there is no need.
