You mean about Debra? Yes I thought that too! Yet when Lorraines showing was almost identical, there seemed little doubt in his mind that the audience were a definite "fire". I can't remember what the outcome of James' vote was.
For me looking at the audience:
Debra = Fired
Lorraine = Fired
James = Hired

Well he did wear a pair of glasses on the one show the night before last, strangely they were gone last night.
I've noticed that he is quite generous to the candidates in interpretting the audience showing.
If, however, there is a very large block of red as ther was in Lorraine's case then he really has to go with fired if the rests is 50/50.
