Who would have been your final two ?

I think what makes for a good 'final two' is complete contrast

Debra and James would have been great

One, an efficient high achiever who alienates people along the way ... and the other, less focussed and able, but personable and easy to work with

From the final five, I would have gone with the two that were selected.
Debra, unable to work with other people until she changes her attitude.
James, fun guy but a lightweight.
Lorraine, improved during the series but still seemed out of her depth.

For me it would have been Kate and any of the others apart from Yasmina.

Simply because Yasmina has been given a relative easy ride in terms of editing. Whereas the others have been put through the wringer in the boardroom and in the media.

So, for me personally, and from a viewers point of view, I don't feel any satisfaction at all that she's there as a finalist.

In fact, my natural cynical self is wondering why she was so protected from much of the editing, let alone any bad editing.

Personally, if I were SAS, I'd have had Paula and James

But if I have to make a decision on the last 5; James & Kate. I'd tell Kate to loosen up and stop being so 'anti-girl' (I am the complete opposite of her, I distrust men, as a man) and tell James to stop being so 'defeated' (I think he was given a hard time by SAS and his cronies throughout)

On balance, and it was close very close, for the first time ever, I'd have chosen the same two as Sir Alan: Kate and Yasmina.

I rarely agree with his firing decisions so logically, I bet i will not agree with his choice of winner in the final!
