Blu-ray films with Digital Copy

Hi.

I have noticed that with a few BD films now they come with a digital copy e.g Bolt at:-

This for me is a good incentive to buy the disc.

Anybody used on of these?

My son has a PSP and I have an iphone, how easy is it to tsfer and are there any restrictions on how many devices you can put it on?

The work well on the iPhone, not sure about the PSP though
