Eh? Where are you trying to get tickets for?

I didn't think they came out until tomorrow? I've got the o2 presale code and everything.

This isn't going to go well is it?

trying for NIA pre sale today-all presale sold out, unless you have another code, cos you're with O2?

Yeah. I have an o2 phone so they sent me a presale code, but you can't use it until tomorrow. It's going to be chaos.

Well, good luck. I'll be on again with the masses I suppose, hopefully they'll add more dates.

I managed to get presale tickets for Liverpool and Sheffield. It was just a matter of hitting "refresh" a lot and having the patience of a saint. I also managed to get presale tickets on behalf of a colleague.

Well good for you. I just kept refreshing, but got nowhere, by the time I got on the site the only thing available was Liverpool, which I didn't want.
Good to know some ordinary people did get on though.

I hope your "Well good for you" isn't implying that I was bragging - I was merely trying to say that it *was* possible to get tickets, but it wasn't easy and needed a lot of patience and luck.

Yep, I tried for pre-sale this morning, got through.....but only to find that there is no indication of block numbers for seated tickets. So, unfortunately I left it, and am now relying on my O2 presale and Ticketmaster to get me there! I dont know what i will do if i dont get tickets.

Seetickets often don't give block locations at the time of booking for "big" events like this, and it's just the luck of the draw. The tickets I booked for Liverpool turned out to be for block 1 (first block from the stage), and the Sheffield ones for block 101 (same spot). The ones I got on behalf of my colleague were for block 15 in Liverpool (half-way down the side).

For info, Seetickets seem to get a good allocation most of the time, often better than Ticketmaster in my experience.

Thanks, thats interesting to know. So when do you find out which block you are in? In the confirmation email?

No - when you get your confirmation email you'll find a booking reference is quoted (a number). There is also a link provided to an order tracker. Click the link and type (or paste) the reference number into the box, and your email address or postcode into the other box, then click the button. A message is displayed asking you to wait (click ok and it goes away). Then you will see the details of your order, including the tickets allocated to you, including block, row, and seat numbers.

I was trying for nearly an hour this morning - as soon as I gave up my mum had a go and got 4 tickets straight away (I am assuming she is giving them to me and not keeping them for herself and her OAP cronies )

Good luck for tomorrow everyone - don't panic because everything will crash but they will hopefully release more tickets through the day and before the gigs

I managed to get 3 standing tickets for the SECC Glasgow at http://ticketsoup.com/

It's the SECC own website, so may have luck there if anyone is still trying.

But I have to say, from what I've read people are complaining that places are selling out before 9am, the time the tickets go on general sale. I don't understand how that's possible unless they are selling them early.

I'm a touch confused, I was on at 8.58, and tickets went on sale then, and immediately all I could get for the o2 on the 12th was upper tier. Even with an o2 code.

I'm happy I've got upper tier, as it will still be amazing, but I was dying for pit From what I've heard the vast majority were sold out in 12 minutes.

Yeah, I was on that site that I said up there^^^

And refreshed the page randomly at 8.57

Im sure that most sites have a 5 minute buffer dont they? Im sure you can 'book' your tickets 5 minutes earlier...

Id be equally disappointed though

On the official Muse forums, the general consensus seems to be that other ticket companies have bought up large numbers of tickets. As people are now finding them on other websites for double and sometimes triple the original asking price.

If you even check out ebay, 1 hour after the tickets went on sale there is already 256 auctions up with crazy prices.

FYI, also just read that at seetickets Glasgow tickets are back up, no idea about price.

I didn't even bother trying to get tickets as I cant afford it atm What do people reckon the liklihood of them adding more dates is? Ideally Manchester as it seems strange there is no date and there is a gap between Liverpool and Glasgow where it could fit.

Nice one.

I was in a pure panic as I said to my two friends I would get them their tickets at the same time since I would be up and at a computer at 9am. Was feeling sick almost thinking that I let them down until I found I could get them directly from the SECC.

I've never been to the SECC for a gig before, anyone know what's it like? I normally just go to ABC or Carling/02 Academy for gigs.

Just so happy, managed to get 2 x standing for the Birmingham NIA. Took a hell of a lot of refreshing my internet pages and co-ordinating the attempt to purchase tickets with my flatmate whilst talking on the phone to her and my mum, who also managed to get tickets. Talk about a military operation! It was worse this time round than getting Wembley tickets two years ago.
