I even shed a couple of tears myself at that point - shows what a well-liked guy he was.

What I found more interesting was the two that didn't openly lose their cool in the Boardroom were the ones SAS picked for the final! I wonder how calculated it was from SAS?

Debra was the one who suprised me most! She had tears! Though was tha more relief it wasn't her, or just gutted James had gone?

I actually thought she was genuinely upset. I wasn't surprised that Kate didn't cry - she seems to think he is OK but not a worthy contender. Suprised that Yasmina didn't though

To be fair to her. Yasmina does have a soft spot for him as she said so on the programme at 8pm, she looked gutted, you could tell she was gutted

I felt emotional when James was fired. I could sense the boardroom may have slightly been too. Aww, poor Debra though, she seemed quite upset. He's a lovely person and hope to see or hear of him in the future. Bless.

she cried becasue of the relief it wasnt her at that moment in time. not because it was james.

I think it was really sweet they cried. James had obviously made an impact on them!

His thank you when he left the boardroom was nice aswell, and you could tell even Sir Alan was a little sad to see him go!

James - made the girls cry!

'Georgie Porgie' springs to mind, although I think James had more integrity.
