It's so sad to hear everyone's stories about flystrike. So many people are just not made aware that the problem even exists. My buns get Rearguarded in the summer (it's expensive but it actually prevents any hatching, not just a deterrent) and my female is having trouble with her back end at the moment (she has an erm 'extra bit' preventing her caecals from coming out fully) so she gets checked all the time and gets lightly shaved. Our boy is clean as a whistle thankfully.
