I think it is very clear they wanted Susan to win as business wise they are gonna make a lot more money off a singer than a dance group. Then add into the fact the world over was supporting Susan and she was a cash cow.

Aidan could be way more than just another dancer to Cowell though, he's musical for one.

But Simon went that way with George and it was a huge flop. It ended up making Simon look like a fool. He is clearly not gonna take such a risk again. Even if a few fans think Aidan is more talented.

Did Geoge relase a music video of some sort?, i vaguly remember hearing about that and thinking, how?? when he can't sing??, i assume he was just dancing in the video??

But....BGT is always going to be somewhat of a fix, maybe not the phone numbers, but they certanly know who will be in the finals..

He plays guitar in one of Birmingham's top youth groups, it isn't as though he doesn't have some sort of talent, unlike George who we didn't really know could sing (and probably shouldn't whilst his voice was breaking anyway).

Yeah the phone vote will always be done by the book, we can guarantee that with all the charades, but they're obviously doing all they can to influence it and favour certain acts.

George released a single as well, it was pretty awful.

Oh he sung all right, well if you can call what he did singing. I think we should all forget about it personally as my ears are still bleeding.

I agree Aidan is more talented but i personally dont think he will be signed up . I think George winning last year and how he has acted since has ruined any chance of Aidan getting a deal.

As many have said, they obviously didn't want Aidian to win because of George last year and the fact they basically put everything in his way to stop him is quite sad really.

I thought as I watched his performance it didn't seem like it was his all and was expecting much better, and it's obvious we would have got that if he was given a chance.

With regards to him getting 10 tickets, that's because most venues are sold out. I know this year on the X-Factor tour each contestant was only giving 10 tickets for the whole run because of how sold out it was.

Aidan isn't George, but I guess Cowell will be a bit reluctant unless Aidan's something special (which he is, really, but heh, and he's more than just another dancer kid).

Really questionable George releasing that - even more surprising it did so well

I dunno, I still think the participants' parents, especially if they are small boys of 12, should be given comps for at least one to be there every time, how's he meant to get around? Not quite the same as XF where you're dealing with adults.

As for the performance, regardless of the circumstances he still did well! Better than anything George did and he has phenomenal movement and balance for a kid his size, he still did his best (he always does) just he raised the bar a lot with his semi performance and a day after with a fresh routine he wasn't really going to be as good especially considering the amount of sleep he got.

Got to No.30 apparently, which is way more than it should have! I bet Aidan can sing better than that.

One of his parents will be with him for the whole tour I think. Eoghan had to have his dad there and still does when he goes to gigs etc because he is under 17. But his dad said that once he turns 17 he wont need to be there anymore. So the 10 tickets will be for anyone he wishes unless they want to buy more themselves.

I also think Aidan is better than George especially as he taught himself and is only 12! It's a shame he seems to have got the raw end of the deal though but I think he'll go far if he keeps working at it.

I think Aidan can do whatever he puts his mind to, he's clever and has the determination, he can do what he likes and he will do it well. Lucky child. I bet his parents are really proud of him.

I personally thought Aiden was fantastic - quite apart from the facts that he was only 11 in the auditions and self-taught!
I thought he was a great kid with a lovely personality and smile.

I thought it was unexcusable for Simon to bring him down with his unneccesary comments at the end - what did they achieve?

Aidan was amazing and should have won. I hope he goes onto great things and the very best of luck to him in the future. Great kid.
