Thanks to everyone who voted in Round Fifteen.

"Moisturise me!, Moisturise me!" Yep, first out in this round with votes from 66.67% of you is Cassandra

We have a tie in second place with the following both being nominated by 55.56% of you:-

+ Toby Z
+ The Toclafane

The Toclafane
are the only one of the evictees who weren't predicted a Top Eight placing which means there's now just one option left that's not part of the Prediction Game.

There's just a small amount of movement then as only one person (Muttley76) predicted Toby Z for a top eight placing & two people (clairbear1000 & Verence ) chose Cassandra

Quite shocked that Toby has been voted out at this stage. Not so much a personal favorite of mine, but well, I was always under the impression people were rather impressed by possessed toby! *shrugs*

No change for me this round, RK.

From round 13:
12) The Christmas Invasion: Sycorax Leader (Sean Gilder)

And from last round:
15) Army Of Ghosts / Doomsday: Black Dalek (various)
18) Human Nature / The Family Of Blood: Scarecrow Soldiers

So two new ones again:
04) Dalek Caan (various episodes)
06) The Empty Child/The Doctor Dances - The Tula Zombies

What's your favourite non Doctor quote from each season. You may only choose one quote per season

Now thats testing my memory! I don't really have favourite quotes as such...I loved Martha's speech when she was leaving the Doctor in LotTL and Wilf's little speech to the Doctor at the end of JE but they arent quotes as such...cant remember enough about the first two series though to pick a quote!

05) Father's Day: The Reapers
09) The Christmas Invasion: Sycorax Leader (Sean Gilder)

13) Army Of Ghosts / Doomsday: Black Dalek (various)
14) Smith & Jones: The Judoon

04-06-2009
The Cybermen (various episodes)
Father's Day: The Reapers
Silence In The Library / Forest Of The Dead: Vashta Nerada {shadows / skeletons in spacesuits}

The Impossible Planet / The Satan Pit: Satan - not as effective as Toby who was higher up on my list. Possessed Toby was the first thing to really creep me out and he just missed out being in my top ten
Army Of Ghosts / Doomsday: Black Dalek (various) - I had to pick a fifth option and this was it. I would rank some of the other Dalek options at the same position but I could only pick one

As for the question, only one per season even if I had all the time in the world I couldn't do that as there as so many to chose from. It's after 11pm and I've just stopped doing history revision notes so I have no chance at the minute due to a saturated brain

Having thought on it for a bit, I'd go for these four:

series 1 - 'you really don't want to know' Jack, Bad Wolf

series 2 - 'When you're a kid, they tell you it's all... grow up. Get a job. Get married. Get a house. Have a kid, and that's it. But the truth is, the world is so much stranger than that. It's so much darker. And so much madder. And so much better.' Elton Pope, L&M

series 3 - 'He's like fire and ice and rage. He's like the night and the storm in the heart of the sun. He's ancient and forever. He burns at the centre of time and can see the turn of the universe.....and... he's wonderful.'

series 4 - 'The man who abhors violence, but this is the truth: you take ordinary people and fashion them into weapons... How many have died in your name? The Doctor, the man who keeps on running, never looking back because he dare not, out of shame. This is my final victory, Doctor. I have shown you yourself.' - Davros, Journeys End

Aww you've chosen really brilliant ones there, and my favorites.....for series 1 though I would have to say that it is when Rose is telling Pete about the way he is in the future, in Father's day.... "You told me a bedtime story every night when I was small. You were always there. You never missed one. And, um… you took us for picnics in the country every Saturday. You never let us down. You were there for us all the time. Someone I could really rely on".....no matter how many times I have seen that bit, it never fails to make me cry...in fact I feel teary just reading all that again.....

Smith & Jones: The Judoon
Bad Wolf / The Parting Of The Ways: Emperor Dalek & Fleet

I forget most of the quotes instantly no matter how much I love them

I adore the way DT says 'Have you met the french?!'
And the quote from Wilf in JE about looking up at the stars etc
Series 1 maybe the one about most planets having a north...
Series 3 no idea Probably something Master/Doctor related...

Father’s Day: The Reapers
The Christmas Invasion: Sycorax Leader (Sean Gilder)
Army Of Ghosts / Doomsday: Black Dalek (various)
Smith & Jones: The Judoon
Various: The Ood

I must have changed my mind at least 6 times before deciding on the Ood! Not that I dislike them or anything but I really don't feel they are villains as such. Mr Halpern deserved what he got in my opinion.

finally we see some sense! The ood are NOT villians, but their basic peaceful nature makes them suspetable to use by evil people! This is what I have been saying all along!

Woo! Clean sweep.

Old:
14) Smith & Jones: The Judoon

04) Dalek Caan (various episodes)

New:
16) Human Nature / The Family Of Blood: Scarecrow Soldiers - creepy, but as I look at the the list of remaining contenders I'm beginning to look at it as who is the biggest mastermind, and the Scarecrow Soldiers were more like pawns
09) The Christmas Invasion: Sycorax Leader (Sean Gilder) - losing a swordfight to an ailing Doctor makes him a non-criminal mastermind
19) The Sound Of Drums / Last Of The Timelords: Harold Saxon / The Master (John Simm) - just a mean nut, and doesn't compare to the Jacobi Master in terms in intrigue for me

I can't think of quotes for all the seasons, but I really liked, from series 4, Donna saying, "Gorgeous, and can't speak a word. What am I going to do with you?" (paraphrased)

Series 1 has to be Dr 9's speech to Rose just before he regenerated.

My favourite quote from series 3 has to be Derek Jacobi saying "I am the Master" - it made the hairs on my neck stand on end and I wanted to run and hide behind the sofa like I used to when Roger Delgado was the Master so many years ago.

I'll have to think more about series 2 and 4 as the above 2 came to mind as soon as I read the question.

Auto plus:
09) The Christmas Invasion: Sycorax Leader (Sean Gilder)
13) Army Of Ghosts / Doomsday: Black Dalek (various)
Thanks RK It's getting really hard to choose now!

As for the quotes, I agree with Muttley for the season 3 one, 'He's like fire and ice and rage. He's like the night and the storm in the heart of the sun. He's ancient and forever. He burns at the centre of time and can see the turn of the universe.....and... he's wonderful.' It always makes the hair stand up on the back of my neck!
As for the others, it's just too difficult to pick!

Ooh it's getting close now with everyone of my top 8 prediction being voted bar 2.

I'll have my three left over from the last round plus

08) Dalek: The Lone Dalek (various)
09) The Christmas Invasion: Sycorax Leader (Sean Gilder)

Thanks RK

Regarding the question

Season 1: Jack from one of the last two episodes:
"Rose, you are worth fighting for. Wish I'd never met you Doctor. I was much better off as a coward. See you in hell.."

Season 2: Rose from the beginning of Doomsday: Planet Earth. This is where I was born. And this is where I died. For the first nineteen years of my life nothing happened. Nothing at all. Not ever. And then I met a man called The Doctor. A man who could change his face. And he took me away from home in his magical machine. He showed me the whole of time and space. I thought it would never end.
That's what I thought. But then came the Army of Ghosts, then came Torchwood and the war. And that's when it all ended. This is the story of how I died.

Season 3: I have to agree with Muttleys quote as my favourite, but in second place. From Last of the Timelords.
Martha: "I traveled across the world, from the ruins of New York to the fusion mills of China. Right across the radiation pits of Europe. And everywhere I went, I saw people just like you, living as slaves. But if Martha Jones became a legend, then that's wrong because my name isn't important. There's someone else. The man who sent me out there, the man who told me to walk the Earth. And his name is the Doctor. He has saved your lives so many times and you never even knew he was there. He never stops, he never stays, he never asks to be thanked. But I've seen him, I know him, I love him. And I know what he can do."

Season 4: Donna Noble Partners in Crime: "I mean it. If you ever see a little blue box fly up there in the sky, you shout for me Gramps. Oh you just shout."

As for the question a quote that springs to mind is something that Mickey said in The Girl In The Fireplace. I can't remember the exact wording but it was something like "A spaceship!!! I got a spaceship on my first go!!!"
