There's a few of us still floating around on the main forum. He picked up a third of the favourite HM vote, and I don't think he's done anything since to turn people off him.

Perhaps us Marcus fans just aren't the type to post inane messages about what the weather's like, or what colour shoes we brought last week, the kind of spiel that fills up most AT's when there's little of substance to report.

BTW Mongo, what did you have for dinner last night?

I had it but I can't find it!

Nice to see Marcus grinning away on the NTA's this evening, even if it was short lived.

Hi folks! Thanks to everyone for the kind words.

I'm sure a lot of you know, I'm doing a skydive for Cystic Fibrosis. Here's the link - http://www.justgiving.com/Marcus-Akin

While doing a convention a few months back at the N.E.C., I met my friend Chris' daughter Sophie. She's a ten year old CF sufferer. She's a lovely little girl. A week after I met her, she was taken into hospital and was in for a few weeks. She's tiny as it is, but lost a lot of weight while she was in there. Whilst she was in there, I wanted to do something to help so I came up with this. I want to buy her a Physio vest that costs around £7000 (the rest is going to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust). From what I understand, a physio vest is like a large contraption that acts like a personal trainer. I think you just get strapped in and it makes you exercise the preset programs. As you can imagine, this takes a lot of stress of parents/ carers etc.

If any of you guys here could donate and/ or spread the word, I'd be very grateful.

Here's my FB page as well, I'll post updates there as they happen.

Thanks!

I havent been on here for a while but note that Marcus is doing a sky dive . The proceeds are going to Sophie Hyde, a friend and 10 year old Cystic Fibrosis sufferer.

I want to raise enough money to buy her a physio vest.

All donations on top of that are going to the Cystic Fibrosis Trust.

I will be supporting this and I hope others will add a few quid onto this very worthwhile charity.

Good Luck Marcus. I knew you where a nice kind guy xxxx

Good luck with the skydive, Marcus. I've just donated what I could manage, wish it was more but every little helps.

All Stars should end with Marcus tearing down BB's cardboard house.

(Sigh) was really hoping IDH would turn up in the house this week, see if any of the housemates could ignore him. I doubt it!

Are you doing All Stars lovely man? You will be getting my votes if you do ♥
