Moving home - No line - £30 offer?

We signed up to the £30 installation contract around 6 months ago.

We are moving at the end of the month and were wondering if we still had to pay the full £125+ or is there a way to keep it at £30?

The property doesn't have a BT line installed so will require an engineer visit to connect the DP box properly.

Any ideas? We're obviously going to phone them but when we originally singed up they were going to charge £125 (I think) until we mentioned the £30 offer.

If you had the £29.95 installation offer 6 months ago, I think you'll find you had certain T&Cs with which you had to comply - certainly a minimum contract of 12 months - and if you don't meet those T&Cs, you will have to pay the full price of the installation retrospectively.

At the moment, there's a free installation offer but the T&Cs are (at least) an 18 month contract and making at least 10 chargeable or inclusive calls per month.

Our T&C were that we needed to make 10 calls per month to keep the £30 installation charge, otherwise the difference would be passed on to us.

We'll have to call them and see.
