I've got a Wedding in 2 weeks & the choices on the menu are:
Main Course:
Beef fillet marinated, grilled, served with potatoes au gratin and grilled vegetables.
Fillet of John Dory fish served with
boiled potatoes and swiss chard, dressed with olive oil
I was thinking of going for the Beef, cos I'm not a huge a fan of Fish, the only Fish I usually eat is Salmon, but only if it's fresh Salmon.
According to one of my cousin's friends, John Dory fish tastes just like Salmon. Is this true? Do they taste the same?
I've had Marinated beef before so know whats it's like & I do like it, but I've only ever had it with Carrots & Potatoes & "normal" gravy. But I have never had John Dory fish or Swiss Chard.
Also, what is "Swiss Chard"?
I have looked around on the net, but not found anything helpful. I need to decide by tomorrow morning.
