MICO A980 CD Playback problems
I have recently started using my MICO A980 to playback Audio CD's. I have noticed no problems with playing audio CD's until I put in a new album Beach Boys greatest hits (no comments as to my music taste, its my girlfriends - honestly). Anyhow the player won't read it it just says No Disc on the front. Now this is a brand new CD ie not scratched. It plays fine in my other 2 CD players and my Playstation can even play it. My girlfriend said that the same thing happened with one of her other audio CD's (don't know which one) but the CD is fine in the other players.
Has anyone else come across this problem or is this just me? The CD's are fine, so I guess that the problem is with the MICO? The MICO can play back just about everything else I have thrown at it, DVD,VCD,MP3,CD-RW,Kareoke so why are audio cds causing problems? BTW I have the player set to region 14 Any comments would be great. TIA Andy |

Yes this has happened to me on two occasions over the past 12 years. My Kenwood cd player just stopped playing the two cds but on other cd players the discs played fine. I have no idea why this occurred sorry.
