I'm not sure thats true, I remember hearing that Endemnol have a contract with E4/C4 through until 2008. This was during Big Brother 2 I heard this though.

I think ive saw that logo before, on an endemol site - www.endemol.de i think. Im sure that was the logo for a foreign Big Brother (BB Denmark, or something like that)

I remember that as well. But I think the wording was C4 have the option of Big Brother, I can't see them sticking with it if BB5 turns out anything like BB4, it is, after all supposed to be C4's flagship programme.
