First up this time around, with votes from 68.97% of you are The Reapers from Season One.
There's another CGI "villain" claiming second place as Satan gets votes from 55.17% of you whilst we have a tie in third place with:-

both getting votes from 41.38% of you. But, as always, it's cumulative votes that count so it's those Scarecrow Soldiers that bite the dust.
