Just console yourself with the thought that garlic is very good for you. For my money, the most important thing with the tzatziki is the salting and straining of the cucumber. Stops the end product being watery.

Think I'll try the salmon with paste thing myself. Maybe with some minted new potatoes. Mmmmm.

It was totally delish

- Finely chop up two de-sedded red chillies

- Finley chop up a handful of coriander (or as much as you prefer)

- mix about three quarters of a tub of philidelphia low fat plain cream cheese until it is a slightly runny but still gloopy consistency

- chuck in the chillies and the coriander to the philly mix well

- squeeze in the juice of half a lime

- chuck in two cloves of crushed garlic

- mix well

- get your salmon in a oven proof dish then spread the mix on top (I had them both side by side in the dish that the roasted veg were in and just chucked the whole lot on top of both salmons so that the juice of the veg soaked in also)

- Oven cook at gas mark 4-5 for about 20-25 mins

serve with roasted veg, cous cous and baked potato

ENJOY!!!
