Hello! Thought I'd use an old thread rather than create a new one. I'm helping out with a playlist for a Christmas party this coming Saturday (30th November) and I need your help, DSers!

The age range is mixed. We have people aged 18-60+. Personally I believe that mixed aged parties are the best ones. Unfortunately though, as much as I love music I don't really listen to a lot of dance stuff as I have no interest in clubbing and that sort of music generally.

So far I have: (some of these were suggested yesterday when I saw some of the people who will be at the party)

Blurred lines - robin Thicke
Get lucky - daft punk
We can't stop - Miley Cyrus
Wake me up - avicii
Animal - Martin garrix
Move - little mix
It's my party - Jessie j
Love me again - john Newman
Do what you want to me - lady GaGa
What I might do - Ben Pearce
Can't hold us - Macklemore

I have a couple of Christmas songs in there too seeing as that is the theme. We've got lots of the usual stuff for parties as well.

Any help would be appreciated

Just my opinion, but I would avoid depressing songs like "No More Drama" and "Because Of You" at the dinner party. Maybe it's because I've seen the videos though, but I just think it would kill the mood...
