are you attempting to reopen the season/series debate?

I might be missing your point; if so, please forgive my slow uptake - I attended a garden party this evening and have had too much wine for 14 people.

Regardless, I'm confused as to how your point addresses mine, i.e. that Daleks seldom appear in a season opener (ooh, aside from Remembrance).

So I guess that if the Daleks appear, then the tardis might travel to Spidiron, the new planet of the daleks?
