I have just been introduced to the ELF website. www.eyeslipsface.co.uk It is a great website where they show a face and you click on it and they tell you what make up they used to get that look and you can then buy the items you want. The best bit is that is is such good value - most of the items are £1.50 each, they do great sets of brushes and also do mineral make up for £3. I got a huge parcel that cost a total of £32 (with free postage) and it arrived the day after I ordered it. Great for trying out new shades or colours without investing too much. You can also join the ELF fans on Facebook and get regular special offer codes.

They post stuff out very quickly! if I order by lunchtime, I usually get it the following day.

And I love how they scent some of their products. The sheer foundation I got smells of sugary orange

seen a few things on there i like and boy is it cheap but i must answer are the products any good? as i would find it hard to believe that for that price they wouldn't be really that good.

I got a mineral lipstick from them. It leaves a subtle wash of colour on my lips, which is precisely what I was after!

ELF cosmetics are honestly gorgeous! Their lipglosses are even better than Estee Lauder and they taste and smell divine.

As with any make up, I prefer some products to others but for £1.50 it is worth giving things a try. I love the lip glosses, the mascara is amazing value as it has normal on one side and waterproof on the other. The eye pencils come complete with their own sharpeners which more expensive brands rarely do. The eye liner is good and easy to apply. The paler eye colours sometimes need a couple of applications as the depth of colour pigment is perhaps not as strong as more expensive brands but when you are paying £1.50 for a palette of four colours this isn't a huge problem. The brushes are excellent quality and many are natural rather than synthetic fibres.

I am very happy with the vast majority of things I have had from them and would continue to order.

elf are ace - their mineral make up is really good value - is £3.50 for the powder and £3.50 for the kabuki brush but this is still a lot less than othes on the market.
Eyeshadow trio's are great at £1.50 each you get 4 shades, or you can buy a compact for £1.50 and then fill with whatever you like (4 spaces) so eyeshadow, blusher, lipgloss, choose the colours you like and they arrive separately really handy for weekends away/holidays save you taking lots of make up.
I have ordered at 5pm and still got my order the following morning! To save on P&P (which is pretty cheap anyway) I usually do a mass order at my office and we split the postage costs. Their lipgloss pens are good too great colours and taste of vanilla & mint! spend up!!!

I just discovered this site today. Love that you can make up your own compacts as normally you end up with one or two colours in compacts/palettes that you never use.

Also if you spend over £30 you get free p&p.

I bought the mineral make up starter kit from there and was really impressed with it - got free delivery and it arrived really quickly too. I kind of expected free delivery to take a bit longer

Great stuff and they always have some special offers on too

Got four items over the weekend because they had £1 shipping on orders over a fiver.

I got the hydrotint in tone 3 after discovering that the tone 4 I previously got was too dark on me. I thought 3 would be too light, but it suits me fine. I applied it with the foundation brush I purchased with it, which is also good.

The blending brush will be tested tomorrow.

I wouldn't recommend their cream eyeshadows on bare eyelids. Mine creased within half an hour! Will see how it performs on my dream mousse eyeshadow.

Has anyone used any of their 'Studio' range yet? I'm quite interested in a few bits and bobs, but I'm curious as to whether the match up to the more expensive brands e.g. YSL, Chanel etc.

I'm impressed by:

The brushes
The concealer pencil
Under eye concealer and highlighter
Matte Translucent powder

The eye primer/liner sealer doesn't work very well however.

I'm getting another order in tomorrow and I've ordered the complexion perfection compact so I'll let you know about that if you want.

Can anyone recommend me any of their liglosses please?

I need a good, decent, long-lasting lipgloss, that doesn't smell like washing up liquid.

Yes, I would love to know about the complexion perfection compact!

I'm disappointed the eye primer doesn't work though I guess I'll have to go back to my very expensive Urban Decay one

Thank you.

Does anyone have any voucher codes that would work for EU/non-UK customers please?

The codes are given out on the Facebook page, and emailed if you join the email list on the website.

They give out two codes, one for the UK and one for EU customers.
