OK, they've slightly rejigged it - but it's basically the same - glad it's back as I was just looking at it the other day thinking what a great advert it was - Just saw it on ITV2 btw.

I'll try and capture it in an hour.

Maybe companies are starting to to see that people watched the 80s and 90s adverts compared to the ones today The milky bar kid has had a remix now the milkyway ad I also saw the old bounty advert at the cinema a few months back you know the girl in the wetsuit who unzips to reviel her ample figure (you have to see that on the big screen). Retro's never out of fashion or maybe the companies are just saving money either way I would like to see more older ads on tv.

A few interesting lyric changes - no longer claiming that Milky Way won't spoil your appetite nor "smart old blue, he took the Milky Way"

I remember this advert and was surprised to see it back. It brings back memories of when I use to buy them with my pocket money as a kid.

Obviously calling him "smart" old blue suggests that the red car is a bit silly and thats not too PC!

However good to see this classic advert back!

Why on earth has this been moved to food and drink?

Are all threads on Ready Steady Cook and Masterchef to be moved here?

Complete joke!

I see it's no longer "good for his appetite".

How the times have changed.

I think they realise that in these uncertain times (sorry to sound like Gordon Brown!) there is an appeal in the comfort and security of nostalgia.

There's also the old Heinz beans ads and in non-food the Persil ads from the 50's onwards.
