Am I okay to freeze fresh onion soup? If so, how should I defrost it for eating? I made it just now and it was fantastic, but I don't think I could stomach anymore right now, and would like to freeze it for another day.
I like to pour portion-sized amounts of leftover soup into sealable sandwhich bags. Then I usually just take one out and whack it in a saucepan whenever temptation strikes.
