Gonna take the thread off on a tangent. Imagine if they'd kept making the Peter Cushing movies out of stories they'd robbed from the tv show. By the 70's we could've had Peter Cushing as the human scientist "Doctor Who" and Sir Christopher Lee as his alien rival The Master.
Failing that , Lee as The Master in the tv show at any point in the last 45and a half years would've been awesome

I never would've thought of him in a million years but it seems like he would've been perfect.

Ah now Master, can't we jus talk about all this end o' the world stuff ? How about a nice cup of tea ?

Mrs Doyle, a nice cup of tea for The Master and a saucer of milk for Dougal.

Yep he could snog Jack.

I love that scene from "Rebel Without A Cause" when he forgets all about Natalie Wood and wildly flirts with Sal Mineo.
