Is that the one that's supposed to be like champagne? (just going from the name)

Sounds a bit ponsy for me so I doubt I would buy it but I wouldn't mind tying it if there was a free taster.

Morrisons sell the stuff.
French beer made with champagne yeast in the Alsace region.
They do an ordinary one and the Rose.
Not tasted.
Not likely to now either.

Have you ever heard of a good French beer?
Nuff said.

Real Strasbourg brewed Kronenbourg 1664 is OK and much better than the crap brewed and sold in the UK.

Pelforth Blond & Pelforth Brune are not bad either.

There are a few very good French beers put out by one or two brewpubs (Brasserie Thiriez in Northern France looks a favourite) as well as some high-quality ciders and perries but the vast majority of it will be cack.

OK enormous generalisation on my part.
There are a few good beers brewed in France, especially in the Flemish France region were they historically all spoke Flemish Dutch and were part of the beer and jenever traditions.

There are lots of very good French beers as there is lots of very good British ones. My favourite beer at the moment is Hooegarden.
