I really find it hard to describe, but the video is from the 80's (possibly very early 90's), and contains a women walking around an American area where she passes shops and some of the walls have graffiti.

The lyrics have a lot of backing singers singing "Hey hey hey hey, hey hey hey hey" and it's quite a slow relaxing song, and quite popular too, Virgin uses it for it's music on demand adverts.

It's puzzling me, but I love the song.
