Lemon juice - a quick question
Puffle
20-06-2009
The recipe I'm doing tonight calls for the juice of half a lemon but as I failed to buy one today (and I'm not going back out again) I'll have to use concentrated lemon juice (ala Jiff) so my question is how many teaspoons do you think half a lemon would be?

Thanks for any help.

Doesn't it say on the bottle, or have you got one of the lemon shaped containers - anyhow side of mine reckons 2 tsp = juice of 1 lemon, hth

Me personally I would use a tablespoon full if it says half a lemon.
