JUST FOR A LAUGH!
Ok, we're all discussing the new Dr 11's companion at the moment. But does anyone feel like Dr 9/10 could have had a good old companion from the past?

Zoe and Jamie for 'DALEK' (did Zoe ever meet one?)
Liz Shaw & Jo Grant for 'EMPTY CHILD'/'THE DOCTOR DANCES' (Can you just see them all dancing around the console at the end....who would get Capt. Jack?)

David Tennant:-
Barbara & Ian in 'FIRES OF POMPEII' (Barbara loved her historical stuff - and she'd soon put David right!)
Tegan & Turlough in 'UNICORN & THE WASP' (Tegan meeting Agatha Christie, and Turlough would be happy with those boys!)
Peri & Leela in the werewolf story (the names gone BLANK in my head!) - imagine how Queen Victoria would react to them though!

As much fond of Turlough as I am, I never thought there was much about his character that said anything like that. He seemed asexual if anything.

I'd like to see Tegan in Torchwood, just so she could swear (I am sure she was a complete potty mouth and would have turned the air blue in the TARDIS on more than one occasion had we been allowed to hear it!).

Also, there is an interesting, outstanding story about Tegan from the Big Finish plays that could easily become a very good Torchwood episode.

Oh yeah! Tegan in Torchwood would be great! I'd imagine she'd have some brilliant one-liners!

I've been watching some Tegan episodes in the last few days, Kinda & Snakedance. Both very weird and strange episodes. But great episodes to see Janet Fielding do something different. Its a shame she never got to do that more.

I always thought it would be fun to see Jo Grant meet up with the John Simm Master. He terrorised poor old Jo so much in her day, hypnotising her, always threatening to kill her etc etc. Would be good to see an older Jo reacting against a younger Master.
