This is pure speculation, but will put in spoiler quotes....

My theory is that the one that "will return" is not the master, but is infact Omega - played by Timothy Dalton. The Master will be restored to life and will find a way to pull Omega out fo the anti-matter universe. Together, the two will set about re-establishing a new Time Lord society on New Gallifrey. They will target the Earth's sun as suitable to create a new eye of harmony. Only the Doctor can stop them in their plans that threaten humanity - but at what cost....
If the rumours about the doctors mother are true, could Tim Dalton be the doctors dad, and the john simm's role is of a doctor is about to be taken back to Gallfrey with his time lord father.

But Dalton's apparent costume has reminded many of
If we have the Doctor's Mother and his Dad (we'll we've had his grand-daughter and daughter, plus his 'sort of wife' over the classic and new series, so why not?), is this the episode when we find out that the Master is actually his brother/evil twin?...
