Before his passing? Glad you pointed that out to us. Probably not much conversation afterwards...

I met Tom Baker many years ago when I was in London visiting a friend. I got lost so stopped the first person I came across and asked for directions. It wasn't until he was walking away that I realised who he was!!!

Very charming he was too and the directions he gave me were spot on lol

I met David Tennant in March this year - chatted to him for ages during the Comic Relief 'Top of the Pops' special that was broadcast live on BBC2.

He was great and I felt quite priviliged to have met him - I've been a Doctor Who fan for all my life (40 this year!) and this is the first time I've ever met a Doctor !!!!!!
Hello.

Nope, though I would love to.

My best mates mum often passes Chris in a park here in Salford when she's out running though, and he apparently says hello. He lives near one of her relatives roads too apparently.

I think my brother spotted him in a supermarket once too.

I would like to meet David Tennant the most.

Met Chris Eccs in a pub in Blackburn around '97 (so way before Who) after a United game. He was pretty well known for his filmwork back then (Shallow Grave, Jude), and he'd just done Hillsborough (brilliant) and Our Friends in the North (with Daniel Craig).

By some lucky coincidence, there was an ex-United player from the 1960s in that pub who'd gone to the game to commentate for radio. Think everyone gathered around him and just talked about the game. Think Chris said something about Teddy Sheringham (who was new at the time).

Had to laugh @ RTD's The Second Coming where CE was the title character. Chris is a well known United fan but whilst I don't think that was actually said or implied in the script, if his char had been a red too, he'd certainly not performed any miracles at Manchester City's ground.

It wasn't Homeworld in Pool was it? If so, I was there too! I've still got Colin Baker's autograph around here somewhere.

I also saw David Tennant at the National TV Awards in 2007...as far as I recall he wandered off with someone's pen!

I met Peter Davison (and Sandra Dickinson) circa 1986 when I was working on the tills at Tesco in Ipswich.
He was buying Appletiser, she was buying nappies (which I'm thinking were for Georgia/Jenny ).
They both signed a Tesco wines and spirits paper bag for me, which was the only thing I had to hand.
