Made these yesterday and scoffed the whole lot by myself

These are great...lovely and gooey in the middle and crispy round the edges!
Ingredients
175g butter
125g demerara sugar
4 table spoons of golden syrup
275g rolled oats
Method
1. Put butter and sugar in a sauce pan over a low heat until butter melts
2. Add oats
3. Mix the oats in and then add golden syrup
4. Mix some more
5. Put into a greased tin and bake in the oven at 160oC until going slightly brown on top and around the edge
6. Slice with a knife and wait for it to cool down
7. Pig out!
