Hey, I'm pretty new to barbecuing, only done chicken/potatos/corn on the cob etc
I have 2 sirloin steaks I'm going to cook up tomorrow and don't know what to do with them?
I've found one recipe I like the sound of :
Ingredients
* 7 tablespoons butter
* 4 to 6 cloves garlic, minced
* 2kg (4 lb) beef sirloin steaks
* salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Preparation method
1. Preheat barbecue for high heat.
2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat with garlic. Set aside.
3. Sprinkle both sides of each steak with salt and pepper.
4. Barbecue steaks 4 to 5 minutes per side, or to desired doneness. When done, transfer to warmed plates. Brush tops liberally with garlic butter, and allow to rest for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
Just wondering if anyone has any recipes they could recommend? Thanks
