Cold pizza - no problem!!! Cold Chinese - maybe in the same night but not (as a rule) the next day unless I am hung over!!

I don't eat Indian

I rarely buy Chinese or Indian these days (like to knock up my own) but I would always expect to have leftovers. Either they goto family members or i'll have them the next day.

It's not just those types of takeaways. I remember getting a small kebab + salad from a new takeaway and there was that much that I got three meals out of it. Not bad for £3.

Once I've laid out money, I will eat it all. If not at the time I'll put it in the fridge and come back an hour later and heat it up!

Lots of people do finish off an entire "large container + rice" take away in one go. Way too much for me though, I serve up half and put the rest in the fridge for tomorrow's lunch!

In slightly more detail, and to save on washing up, what I actually do is serve half the rice and half the main dish into a deep bowl and eat that. Then when i've finished I put the other half of the rice and main into the same bowl, cover it with cling film and stick it in the fridge for tomorrow. 4 mins in the microwave, with a quick stir half way through and it's good to go again! Mmmmm, Vindaloo Biryani

We normally have a main each and share a rice. OH has slightly more than half of it, I have slightly less.

I can't face takeaway leftovers, there is just something that puts me off.

Throw away such waste! We usually order 3 meals between 5 of us, or any leftovers are lunch/dinner the next day. Mmmm.
