Lots of people do finish off an entire "large container + rice" take away in one go. Way too much for me though, I serve up half and put the rest in the fridge for tomorrow's lunch!
In slightly more detail, and to save on washing up, what I actually do is serve half the rice and half the main dish into a deep bowl and eat that. Then when i've finished I put the other half of the rice and main into the same bowl, cover it with cling film and stick it in the fridge for tomorrow. 4 mins in the microwave, with a quick stir half way through and it's good to go again!
