Hi,
I installed this box several days ago, apart from losing some planned recordings it has been fine. Tonight however the sound has suddenly deteriorated. It's hard to describe the sound - it is similar to a distant motorbike engine throbbing on idle (sort of).... I can still hear the dialogue but it is spoilt by this noise.
Does anyone have any idea what may have caused it and why it might have started just like that?

We had this problem when we first had ours.

It is due to the sound settings, I think we had Dolby switched off and when we put it back on the problem was solved.
