Hi guys i think we should all go download a Michael Jackson song to get him to the top of the Charts one last time! Even if you already own a song, our way of thanking him!

My choice will be Man in the Mirror, lets get him back where he belongs at the top!

Thank you for the Music and the Moves, xxxxxxxx

He must have set new records with 43 of his songs in the top 100 singles on iTunes and 19 albums in the top 100 albums on iTunes. I knew there would be some Michael Jackson songs and stuff in the charts but would never had guessed this many.

I think he'll get a No.1 album, not to sure yet about a single.

It would be even better to try and get either the whole top 10 or the whole top 20 all MJ.

How amazing would that be.

I downloaded man in the mirror as this has the most chance of getting the top spot. I also purchased bad and thriller from HMV. I already own them but they are pretty old copies now and the cases got a bit cracked when I was moving house.

I think it's a brilliant idea.

shall we not?

what about today's talent ? rather than some child-lover whose last important material was 20 years ago.

he's bad - he said it.

I remember the charts were filled with Queen. Lennon and Elvis reissues back in the day and there were no downloads.

Yes sure. Let's all be sad little sheep and get, imo a rather odious person to number one.

I'm glad it's not just me who doesn't like him at all. As for Man In the Mirror, it surely has to rate as one of the most nauseating songs ever made.

You are right about Elvis and Lennon but I think the only single that went into the charts after the death of Freddie Mercury was the reissue of Bohemain rhapsody. i dont recall a load of Queen singles re entering the charts.

I always love the fact that people become great when they die. A talented artist no doubt, but one who made some questionable actions.

Not really a fan of his music. But if one has to cahrt, I can listen to Man in the Mirror far more easily than most of the others.

He was a legend in life. He had already sold over 700 million records. I think that speaks for itself.
