I am aware of three albums that have opening tracks that welcome the listener:
The Beatles - Sargent Pepper
Alesha Dixon - The Alesha Show
Gilbert O'Sullivan - His first album (forget the name)
This one had an intro and at the end an outro track.
I wondered how many other albums have this, I like to call them albums as I am very old and can't spell cd.

I know of a few others:-

ELP (not sure which album, opens with "Welcome back my friends to the show that never ends!"

Savatage "In the wake of Magellan" begins with a track entitled "Welcome"

and

Arena, "Welcome to the stage" also has a welcome message in the title/opening track

The Offspring - Disclaimer on Ixnay on the Hombre and Time to Relax from Smash
Rancid - Intro from Life Won't Wait
Type O Negative - Bad Ground, it's silence, followed by Pete Steel saying "Hello, hope you enjoyed our little joke, hope you enjoy our new cd" (or something like that anyway)

Tommy by The Who has an Overture, if that counts.

I think you could also class In The Flesh on Pink Floyds The Wall as some kind of welcome!
