I felt a bit punished too. I mean it's a pretty Whoniverse light year this year, so to only get a week of Torchwood as well (even though it's 5 nights a week with a HUGE budget) felt like a bit of a disappointment to me too.

And people wonder why Doctor Who fans on the Internet have such a bad reputation.

As others have said - we have had hardly any Dr Who this year and now barely any Torchwood. Also John knows that Torchwood has done relatively well in the US and that they like long running shows. 13 episodes would be good. They are not going to welcome the 5 days airing.

And to air a show in the summer when people are away in one week isn't the best news. As we have waited so long why could they not wait till September at least when more people watch the TV?

You may not like him - but he is not talentless. I saw him in the West End and he was great - very good actor and very good singer/dancer!

Isn't that where he started out? Musicals are Barrowman's forte.

oh please, JB has more talent in his little finger than you do in your entire body, clearly you feel threatened by that. Grow up!

Yup, he's dragging up for "La Cage Aux Folles" in September, taking over from Roger Allum.
