Sitting here listening to my old Dr Hook collection

What a criminally underrated group, a great fusion mix, some great songs, good lyrics...just allround...good

Though I suppose it'll take Cascada or someone raping a song to have it make sense to the yoof!

Sylvia's Mother is one of my all time favourite songs and a classic!

I'd seen him in Bill Wymans Rythmn Kings at Durham...outshone the rest of them by a mile.

That voice, outstanding, I hadn't realised he'd wrote a lot too

I must admit to having a soft spot for Dr. Hook. Sylvia's Mother, Years From Now and A Little Bit More being my favourite tracks.
I do think though their record company over do the "Best of" seems we get one every other year.

We went to one of Denis Loccerriere's Shows - he is the voice of Dr. Hook and has such energy. We met him after the show and I have a picture of me with him.
