I have noticed that when I go to the Guide that although the programme information seems to be correct for today and forthcoming days, the "Receiving Programme Information" message remains permanent at the top of the Guide, and the present transmission never re-appears behind the Guide.
I have a Humax HD box also hooked up to the same LNB and that is operating the above normally.
I had to do a factory reset a couple of weeks ago to rectify the problem of 'no ITV HD' after the Nature's Fury blank screen affair, I suppose this could have been since then. I suppose I should try another (phew) factory reset?
What happens if you don't "Receive Programme Information" anyway?

I get this every morning when I switch on, no programme information appears, if I go to the guide section, it says loading then when I revert back to the channel information, a full listing appears, obviously it is buggy software.

Just read Hummyowners fix,switched on the PVR to try it and what a coincidence,there was an auto freesat scan and yes, it has cleared the problem.There must be telepathy Humax-Digispy link!

BET HD was added during scan
