Does anyone know the basics?

I don't want to be ruining it for anyone, nor do i want anyone to ruin it for me so its better to start the thread

Well if we are doing a WHATM thread, there are bound to be spoilers on there because the live feed will reveal stuff like who is nominated, who won PoV etc before the main show.

So probably best to mark each WHATM thread with a (Spoiler) warning.

Last time the episode discussion threads used to be full of spoilers about who'd won vetoes or who was nominated etc.

Got really annoying for those who didnt want to be spoiled because there was pretty no much nowhere to discuss the episode without being spoiled.

I think the Episode Discussion Threads should be spoiler-free.

The WHATM Live Feed threads will include spoilers.

Abbrevs:
BBT (Big Brother time, ie West Coast USA time)
BST (British Summer time)

Just had a possible idea for the WHATM threads - they ought to match the houseguests' days, not our days.

So we would have a daily WHATM thread, starting at 0800 BST and ending at 0759 BST the next day, representing the HGs day 0000 BBT to 2359 BBT.

We've got a week to toss this around, come up with something better etc.

Can we have a thread of each day with a link to the previous thread?

That's what usually happens. And a link at the end to the next thread too.

Is Pacific time -8 or -7 hours from Big Ben time these days?

I'd look it up, but frankly I'm lazy and fat and stupid and American (wait, that last part was redundant).

What about making sure the spoilers are in the 'invisible mode'.. not sure what the official name for it, but the icon 'S' on advanced?

I suppose it does involve no-one talking about it after tho.....

hmmmm

Can you just stick spoiler do not enter if you don't want to be spoiled

The simple solution, it worked last year with a separate thread for the shows, for BB Aus and BB USA.

There were still a few who then moaned about spoilers after entering a live feed discussion thread with a warning in the title.

ooh this just makes me excited. I can't wait for it to start tbh

I think it should be:

WHATM thread *will contain Spoiler*

Episode Discussion thread *may contain spoiler* with members always putting the spoilers under the invisible spoiler code.
