I've been using BT Vision for over a year now & it has been fautless, that was until yesterday. Suddenly my TV didnt recognise anything thru HDMi ... I switched off BT Vision at wall for a minute & upon turning back on the problem rectified itself ....... until this afternoon .... now i cant get any kind of picture thru HDMI connection. I plugged in scart & had the same problem. I have solved the problem with scart & can now get a picture, but still nothing thru HDMi .... Anyone else have this problem ??

No sir. Have you tried another HDMI device ? - it could be your TV.

I have seen some threads on here regarding HDMI problems and in some cases it has been proved to be the HDMI cable, so it maybe worth either borrowing or buying a new cable

I believe there is a handshake between HDMI devices. If the BTV detects that the TV cannot cope with the resolution then it will give an error message. Do you get this?

I presume that you have set the output to HDMI on the Picture menu?

Thanks for the repsonses ... After lots of resetting & changing HDMi cables, it seems to have rectified itself. Even back to using the original cable .... fingers crossed the is the long term solution
