I think that the best thing that goes with Macaroni cheese is a sick bag.

I've got a real obsession with cheese ATM I spend my day wondering about how much cheese I can eat and all the different variations...

Surely macaroni cheese is so bland that it is an accompaniament to something else?

Cheese = goooood

Melted claggy cheese mixed with insipid pasta = not good.

I would suggest rather than what do you eat with it, that it would be more of a case of how large your vomit bucket needs to be.

Trying mixing it up with garlic salt, peppers, onions, mushrooms, and sweecorn then break an egg over it, and put it in the oven for an hour.

Serve with baked beans.

Lovely!

You can't find pasta and three different types of cheese? Where the hell are you shopping?

That doesn't count as real cheese, that's processed slimy stuff!

How's about:

Cheese biscuits & crusty bread served with a variety of cheeses, good cherry tomatoes, strong pickled oninons with a liberal spinkling of sea salt *drool*

You need to home-make it.

I make a lovely mac cheese (with several cheeses) and the pasta is just right

Anyway, OP. I put some spinach in the sauce when I make it but I would say some green veg like steamed broccoli would go well.

Cheese and brocolli bake is quite nice. Just some mac cheese with brocolli and a cheese/breadcrumb top browned off in the oven.

Just can't eat that sort of colour/texture of food

I am a little strange when it comes to my eating habits.

You could use the old scottish tradition of battering and frying it..

Add mayonnaise and salt and vinegar... sprinkle with Mars Bars for that extra je ne ce quio...

What do you mean by that colour? What colour are you imagining it is?

Because the poster indicated that they were looking to buy a cook-in type sauce, as opposed to making a home made one.

That's what I took from their comment:

Could well be wrong, though, it has been known
