Delta & The Bannerman DVD
Bryan Spink
03-07-2009
I got a copy of this on rental from Lovefilm this week, put it in my DVD player and the usual DVD title sequence and menus failed to appear. The DVD menus are text only and have a voice over first saying how many options are on the screen and, as you select each option, telling you what it is.

Very odd?

I've not yet seen the Delta DVD (LOOOOOOOOOOVE that story). The last few DVDs have had an "audio navigation" screen on them before the whirly Tardis menu screen, so maybe you've gone into that somehow. I've never investigated it myself.

Probably because Delta is such a travesty of a story they wouldn't even dignify it by doing the dvd properly!!!

mmm must have pressed enter at the first screen. leave it for a few secs and the proper intro and menus appear.

As Bryan said, if you press 'Enter' it goes to the audio navigation for the visually impared.
They have yet to offer options for the hard of thinking! lol (Sorry couldn't resist)

My thoughts were "DVDs for the blind, what next? CDs for the deaf?"
