BBQ Suggestions

Need ideas for a BBQ for four on Sunday. Usually do lamb kebabs, veg kebabs, sardines, steak or usual burgers and sausages and fancy something a bit different - that of course doesn't cost a fortune.

usually do bananas with honey or strawberries in red wine for the dessert so any alternatives here would be great too

oh and of course it has to be reasonably health as well

just jazz it up a bit, make your own burgers?
plently of red onion sliced fine in them, or make your own sweet chilli dipping sauce?
dont forget some sort of pasta salad?
i do pasta with 3 dif colour peppers, tomato, spring onion, red onion and cucumber cut in slices then quartered with salad cream and mayo mixed!

went down a treat at our last bbq

Ooh, I love BBQs. Have some Magners, Beer (various varieties), some smirnoff ice for the girls, maybe a bottle o vodka wi some mixers and a large bucket of ice. You'll have a ball!

Another spatchcock. Lemon chicken.

I think you can also do this on the BBQ. Just kep an eye on it so it doesn't burn

Hmm I always do jacket potatoes and stuffed mushrooms too. Might be nice to do some ribs also? Make your own sticky bbq sauce to marinade them in.
