This failure to tune to data pipe services situation started a few months ago. My take on it is that Inview are starting their transmission slightly late; maybe only by say about 30 seconds.
My reason for this theory is that before these failures started to occur, the actual EPG download always commenced at 03.18am. Now, as you say there are some 70+ log entries showing the failure to connect, however even with that number of failures, the EPG download still starts at 03.18am.
But maybe my theory is a load of tosh
By the way I think your recollection of some 15 pages of log coincides with mine. Also if you deduct the 75 pages of failures from the total of 89 pages, you are left with 14 normal entries.
I agree that if Inview monitored this forum it would save their telephone system going into melt down. And it would also help if they repaired their feedback page so that it does not blow-up the moment you hit the send button!
