Sugababes have confirmed details about their new single.

The group will release 'Get Sexy' on August 31, the first song lifted from their upcoming seventh studio album.

A statement posted on their website reads: "New tunes, new style, new hair cuts and new attitude. GET ready to see SEXY!

"'Get Sexy' is a slamming dance anthem that sees the girls hooking up with a host of big name producers following their stint in LA and the new single shows a new direction for the babes but still with that unmistakeable Sugababes sound."

The track will be given its radio premiere on Scott Mills's Radio 1 show on July 7.

i quite like it, not my absolute cup of tea, but it's well-produced, and it's a bold move for these girls to make a song like this. got to hand it to them for doing something this different, i'm sure some will hate it, but if it was like their other stuff then people would of called them boring, can't have it both ways.
