Can anyone recommend a universal remote with Topfield codes.
Ideally with a similar key layout.

The One For All URC 7555 (or 7556 if you want the black version) is popular amongst Toppy users.

Really? The button layout is nothing like the Toppys.
Also having downloaded the manual, am I right in assuming every key has to learned?

There is a code set for the Topfield although I have made it learn a few keys different from standard to more closely match the key layout of the original.
