Hi, this is my first ever post so bear with me. I got BT Vision last week and have noticed two small problems that hopefully someone can answer before I call 'Tech Support'. When viewing teletext the mini screen does not shrink and fill the screen with a full TV image, it merely displays the partial full screen image that is behind the mini screen. Secondly when using the stretch option in the aspect ratio shortcut any channel displying 4:3 images appear for a few seconds then goes blank. If I use the standard 16:9 aspect ratio any 4:3 images have the normal black lines either side of the screen, but they do stay displayed.

The TV2 client version is 1.2.14666.601 (RELEASE)

First of all welcome to the forum. I've had BT Vision for about a year and to be fair teletext is a bit buggy to say the least. However there is a software update (I see you have the .601 client) on the way soon so hopefully things will improve

I've just tried strech view on my box and all appears fine, but I'm on the .651 client as I had Setanta (non-Setanta subscribers got the .601 client). That said, we're used to the normal 4:3 ratio with the black bars now and I think the picture looks sharper that way.
