2 annoyances, who else sees them?
Hello all,
I wanted to check a couple of my favourite annoyances with other, to see if everyone has these problems: 1) Certain processes using the HDR seems to kick it out of favourite lists. ITVHD, watching some recordings, I'm still not sure exactly what does it. You then have to switch back via List to set your favourite list. 2) Search in EPG doesn't remember search terms. If you enter a search term, the HDR looks like it's setup up to remember old ones so you can search for the same thing a few months later maybe. During the same session this seems to work, but after standby and coming back, all saved search terms are lost, as is the setting for standard or SMS keyboard. Is there much occurrence with others for these issues? Thanks, J patiently waiting for that update that will turn the humble HDR into HAL9000.. "Dave, I'm not sure you want to record animals do the funniest things, Dave.. Dave?"

You are correct in that the Search Terms are kept only for the current day. They are cleared down when the HDR does its overnight housekeeping. Rgds. Les. |

Theres much, much worse problems that those. The HDR remembers searches until its rebooted.
